Lunch in the Library - Agenda

In response to students requests: lunch time features a variety of hands on creative library activities including beading, mosaic tiles, pop up books, maker science  & origami.

Students learn new techniques & skills then can teach peers. Students develop rubrics for each project & complete a final reflection.  They can also create library displays with their projects.

Participants will examine student projects, rubrics & reflections about library maker projects.

Participants will learn about community & grant resources to support library maker projects.

Participants will create 3-4 projects during this hands on workshop.

This workshop will feature maker crafts requested & evaluated by students.  Attendees will learn how to develop these programs, resources for funding AND explore hands on maker crafts.
